Quality and patient Safety Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) The Quality and patient Safety are used in healthcare organizations to protect the patients from harm based on the care which they are supposed to be given by the health care practioners (Bronkhorst et al 2015).
Processes dimensions World Health Organization (WHO) Processes dimensions are used in the healthcare organizations to view how the improvement of the health care towards provision of its services is provided (Rajaram et al 2015). In other words, this dimension observes the improvements that are made in the healthcare organizations (Bronkhorst et al 2015).
Patient perceptions Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Patient perceptions dimension is used in the healthcare organization to identify the reactions of the patients on the services which are provided by the organization (Bronkhorst et al 2015). Organization structure National Committee for Quality Assurance (HCQA) Organization structure dimension is used in the healthcare organization to observe the ways or methods through which the healthcare organization is expected to carry out its duties (Bronkhorst et al 2015). In other words, the organization structure is a dimension which is used in healthcare organizations to help the organization perform based on the goals and objectives that it has developed (Rajaram et al 2015).
Outcome dimensions Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Outcome dimensions are used interventions are used in the healthcare organizations to reflect the effects that might have been caused as a result of the healthcare services to patients (Bronkhorst et al 2015). In other words, the outcome dimensions can be used to identify the patients who might have died as a result of the surgery conducted in the healthcare organization (Rajaram et al 2015).
Education and training Joint Commission Education and training is a dimension which is used in a healthcare organization to offer knowledge to the healthcare practioners on how they are expected to carry out their duty for the benefit of the patients (Bronkhorst et al 2015). The dimension also calls for the provision of knowledge to the patients on how they are expected to carry out themselves after treatment process (Rajaram et al 2015).

You must proofread your paper.
